Mechanix Choise

Post by Twiki »

Hi

since some years ago I use a fuel treatment additive from the company Pure Solve. They have for diesel the DT1 Mechanix Choise and for benzin the GT1 Mechanix Choise. In both cases the objective is maintain the fuel system clean and avoid future problems.
I used both products (diesel and benzin) but in cars with "old development engines" like my Mitsubishi Pajero or my wife 2002 New Beetle.

Is it safe also for new cars like the Scirocco? If yes, after how much miles (kms) shall whe add the product to the fuel?

It says in my handbook that VW do not recommend any fuel treatment additives.
