My own fault self admitted .... puncture on a dark country road , raining , cold etc . wasn't thinking straight ........ it's not noticeable unless you stick your head right underneath ! ......... can't decide if it bothers me enough to do anything ? If so what could be done here ? Pulled out ?

Ouch!
Has it changed the sill to door gap above where its been hit?
If not I'd probably learn to live with it rather than have someone pull it out and respray it.

No not at all mate the door gap between sill and bottom of the door hasn't changed .... looks worse than it is in real life ! ..... just frustrated at myself ! ...... do you know if that door still is structural ? I found out it's made from galvanised steel ?

A good Bodyshop will be able to fix that for a few hundred quid and you'll never know it's happened.
