HELP - Heater/fan/air con won't work :(

Hi guys,

Firstly any help would be massively appreciated! I'm having a night mare with this damn car.

A little while back the heating cut off and I couldn't get anything out of it for a little while. We unplugged the blower motor and jogged things around and it began working again. It's since cut off again when changing the power and makes it near impossible to drive without in this cold weather!

We've just been and picked up a new blower motor hoping that would sort it but it is still dead out.

If anyone has had anything similar or knows the remedy then you'll make my life complete as I'm about done with this car now!

Have you had VCDS or other diagnostics run on it and checked to see if there are any errors that are linked?

In the process of doing so, did it previously and it just came up with "fan/heater error" or something unspecific like that

Updated - NO power running to blower motor socket! any help would be great!

Replace fuse or blower motor resistor.

I'be checked the fuses and they look okay! Isn't the resistor built into the blower motor?
