First of all, I really have no idea what model of my head unit on my r 2011. It is touch screen, showing climate control and that's about it. My head unit doesn't have nav, bluetooth device must be added. It looks about the same rns and rcd to me.
Will dynaudio system from other r fit with rns and rcd?

As you don't have Nav, I guess you have the RCD510 which has the integrated 6 CD changer.
Yes, RCD510 supports Dynaudio.
It's quite a bit of work to retrofit though and involves replacing all the speakers, install the amplifier below the seat and code the headunit to work with the Dynaudio.
