HELP!
My battery went flat at the weekend. Naturally I got a jump start and left the car running to charge up the battery. No problems that end now. All seems fine.
Now, however, my head unit isn't turning on, and the miles have reset to 803 on the counter. To confuse things further the letters "tra" appear after the mileage.
I have an existing suspension issue which causes the sport/comfort button flash intermittently. I'm guessing a shocker needs replacing.
Any help is appreciated. Paul

Re: Flat battery followed by electronic issues.
Disconnect the battery and reconnect and hope it resets.
Otherwise, you need to get it scanned and see what faults are recorded.
It's not unknown for a voltage spike to occur when jump starting and damage one or more electronic modules, despite them having surge protection.

Thanks. I'll give that a go and see what happens.

No such luck. Next step to take to get plugged in?

That's a bummer. Yes. I would say get it scanned.
Re: Flat battery followed by electronic issues.
sounds like it's reverted to transport mode, and some things being disabled would fit in with that. VCDS or a dealer should be able to disable it, not sure why it would have happened in the first place mind.
