Apart from the Gaydon meet, I've still only seen 2 or 3 on the road at the most. I must be lucky :)

I have seen 3 in total in the last 3 months here in Leicester, a viper, rising blue and a black like mine! Safe to say it hardly makes the car common!

I'd say they are more like busses.
I keep seeing them in bunches. None for a couple of weeks and then 2 or 3 in 24 hours or so. Has happened a few times like that.

Jacktherat wrote:Since the launch of the new Scirocco last year, I have only seen one example on the road in that time-apart from the Demo at the VW dealership. Ordered my TDI GT in Rising Blue two weeks ago and guess what? There is a Rising Blue TDI GT parked less than fifty yards from my house. Has this happened to any other 'Roccers?
Like I said......they're falling out the sky man!
Except for the demo cars from the dealerships I only saw two or three Sciroccos on the road in all the months since the launch. Now, after I placed my order, there's always one parked on the main street in the village next to mine and another one I see almost every time I drive to work. Both cars candy-white. Mine won't be. :D

Seen a black one near Tesco in Bagueley, a silver one in my office car park in Leeds, a white one (ryans) that annihilated me in Crewe and a red one near whythenshawe. They are getting more common. But none look as pimp as my black beauty. Well... apart from another black one I guess! :D

In the month of May I have done over 2500 miles for work and I only saw 6 Roc's (1 - Red, 2 - Black, 1 - White, 1 - Silver, 2 - Rising Blue), to be honest thats not to bad as I have also seen 5 ferrari's 599's (Reds, Blacks and a Silver).

I have seen god knows how many new Golfs, new Meganes, new Leons, so I'm not worried about it to be honest.

If you pick a car (such as the BMW 1 series Saloon) and then count how many you see in a month it will not be as bad, dont forget you are looking out for the beautiful Rocs :hyper:

New Golf seems very popular around our way as does the Roc
08/11 - 12/13 2.0 TSI R DSG, Black / Black Vienna
01/09 - 08/11 2.0 TSI GT DSG, Black / Truffle Vienna

Black is the new Black....

Me too. I've had mine for about 3 months now and haven't seen another one anywhere near my place. Then, yesterday I saw two within an hour of each other.
