MFD SCREEN SAT NAV

Post by atayub »

Hi all,

Picked up my roc on Wednesday 27/5 and everything been excellent except I have encountered one problem today whilst driving back from a 70 mile round trip.

The navigation function that shows on the MFD screen along side "settings", "phone" the "trip information"etc has suddenly disappeared. As i toggle through on the MFD menus the navigation screen does not show up. For those of you with navigation this is the screen which would show just a compass direction the car is travelling in and the name of the road/street you are on when you are not using the navigation. When you are using the navigation it shows the route guidance information such as the distance to next turn etc.

I have spent a full 30 minutes in the car when I got home trying to sort it out but I can't get it to come back.

Any ideas guys? anybody come across this? The navigation on the centre console works fine its just the part on the MFD screen thats disappeared?

If i dont get any head way on this over the next couple of days reluctantly its back to dealer!

Thanks for all the helpful responses (NOT!) lol Thankfully got in the car this morning on my way to work thinking I have to deal with the crap dealership support, when i started the ignition and MDF working as normal. Lets hope it was a temporary blip.
