Hi
Sorry i have searched and checked but im not sure on this, so i remember the dealers saying last time it was in the aircon was due.
So the aircon blows nice and cold just as it should which is great but when the aircon is not on it has a odd musty/secondhand smell which isn't the best.
Could anyone tell me if i do need it recharging / gassing or is it something else?
much appreciated.
Aircon problems?

Might just need a refresh. Which is basically anti bacterial stuff passed through the system.
Could do it yourself or its £20-£30 at the dealer.

It's a good idea to use the aircon frequently to prevent issues like bacterial build up and seals drying out. Even in winter it dries the air and reduces moisture and condensation.
As well as getting the acti-bacterial refresh done, make sue a new pollen filter is also fitted as that can be a source of odour.

Yer I just leave my climate control on all year round. So the ac is always used! Cheaper to have on alot than to fix
