Strange noise after lowering?
Hi, I fitted 35mm H&R Springs to my Sirocco today and there is now a strange noise which comes and goes, it sounds like when you shake a spray can. I reckon its the brake disc backing plate might need readjusting. Anybody else had this?

Re: Strange noise after lowering?
I had a similar problem. Did you damage or notice any damage to the strut mount? A seal on the front offside strut mount had gone releasing the ball bearings creating a whistling noise at curtain speeds. This happened because I jacked it up for a few days while I painted the callipers, this released the pressure on the worn strut mount releasing the ball bearings. Maybe this could be similar to yourself?

Turns out it was as simple as a random bolt stuck between discs on the brake disc.
