Broken H7 bulb holder

Post by Ahulbert7 »

Need some help on this. Had my bulb warning light come on and discovered it was my drivers side headlight had gone. Upon inspection i found it wasn't the bulb that had gone but the actual holder had been previously glued or melted. This is not allowing the bulb to operate correctly and bringing the warning light permanently on. I removed the holder and rang Volkswagen to try and arrange a replacement part but surprisingly there are none available in the world. I've tried searching the Internet and cannot find anything any help would be massively appreciated thanks
