Re: colour
IMO, the.Scirocco is a very colour sensitive car. I think it looks good in Rising Blue, Viper.Green and Candy White. Not so keen on black or red and neutral about grey.

Re: colour
Tbh that's a hard 1. I love my car in white. But when I see a black one I wish my car was black.
I'd say my personal favourite in order would be
1. Candy white
2. Black
3. Viper
4. Rising blue
I don't like it in silver and not really a fan of the red.

Re: colour
I prefer the white & viper, black is fine as they look mean but I will never have another black car.

Re: colour
I had blue mg few years ago I loved it really looked nice with lexus led at rear my friend had a light grey which did nothing for the car but ive seen it in grey in roccos down under topic it looks really good . I love red cars for some reason when there shiny they look good stand out .but always wanted white car .
in the showroom its rising blue looks good in it .
I might go to see a red one in the show room to see it in person before I choose but have to do 4 hour round trip to the vw dealer .ive seen it in white and blue only in person hard to tell by pic .

Re: colour
Colour is completely subjective.
You may as well ask someone which is the best cheese. Everyone has a preference - or not.
If you asked me for my fave colour, it would ALWAYS be RED
But that's just me

Re: colour
Sick of seeing drab silver/black/white.
I've found the Blue and Green are best.
HOWEVER, I do like a dark grey. It's the only tinge of the drab colours I like and the Indium (IIRC) is gorgeous.

Re: colour
Rising Blue is the best in my view - I had Candy White and the plus point there is stone chips don't show up as much and they are easy to touch up.
I had a met Blue Exige and the front looked like it has been shot at with a 12-bore!

Black - needs to be spotless and evil to keep that way
White - needs to be spotless and evil to keep that way (then there's the Stormtrooper thing )
Grey - looks stunning when gleaming but otherwise anonymous
Silver - looks good with black wheels and some other nicely done black trim, otherwise it's anonymous
Red - Not for me at all, it's just red
Viper - that does depend what mood I'm in, sometimes yes and sometimes no => risky!
Green - never (but that might be because I can't see green very well!)
So that leaves Rising Blue, always looks thoroughly yummy, day in day out
But I wish they'd done the original colour the 2008 Geneva launch was shown in, that metallic maroon type colour. That was gorgeous and thoroughly classy.

Re: colour
When I was buying a Roc it was out of Rising blue and Candy white.
I decided that the Rising blue looks the best although compared to the white, shows the swirl marks more in sunlight. I've
also read that the white is more difficult to colour match should you respray a bumper for example.
Go for Rising blue, it looks awesome when its clean and polished.

Re: colour
I chose night blue. its such a deep colour and when it hits the sun its almost purple in certain lights. Really a beautiful colour that perfectly suit the lines and the wheels.
I avoided rising blue. its looks a bit 'look at me' and tacky (imo of course!)
Red looks like you can't afford a decent colour,
White is ok.. but dull.
Green is a bit attention seeking,
grey is cool,
black makes all the plastics looks naff.
Im 26... I think im gtting old!
on the other hand, would I get the hump is everyone was driving around in my favourite colour car... YES! its nice seeing all different colour ones

The Met White is harder to match - Appliance white is simple apparently.sciroccorich wrote:When I was buying a Roc it was out of Rising blue and Candy white.

Re: colour
It's all down to personal preference. My 2 choices when looking for a Scirocco was Candy White or Rising Blue. Ended up with the Candy White and I don't regret it what so ever. Silver is a very 2000s look, black loses the detail and red.... Well it's ok!

I have a dark Midnight Blue R-Line TDI and I have not seen another on the road in that colour.

Biased but I'm putting it out there for reflex silver - always looks clean and when it's been cleaned looks spectacular
But I also love the rising blue and would love to be brave enough for viper - both are stunning
Doesn't really matter what colour because the shape is still sublime
