This forum has been a wealth of information and entertainment for me since I got my Scirocco three years ago.
I've just bought a Porsche Cayman so went looking for an equivalent Cayman forum and the best I can find is a thread on Pistonheads. It's not nearly as good as Scirocco Central.
So before I leave I just wanted say a big thank you the moderators and the rest of you.
Three legacies I'd like to leave you with, these three topics were the vast majority of my 283 posts. I guarantee you will not regret doing any of these three things.
1. If you are getting your wheels refurbished get them done dark anthracite with a satin finish.
2. Add a shallow mount 10" sub in the space inside the spare tyre.
3. If you are even slightly interested in getting a TDI remapped, do it.
I'm going to miss Scirocco Central. Thanks.

+1 on the anthracite with satin finish!!
when clean they look so good. Better than black or silver imho and works on all colours of scirocco. The satin sheen just adds that extra bit of depth and presence to the alloys
