Mine is on its fifth year and running great!
I love the car, no problems besides some miner ones but that was Revo software!

Got mine March 2009 after a 7 month wait. Apart from the odd squeak/rattle has been faultless and fantastic.
I am starting to get the itch for a change though. Thinking it may be a MK7 Golf R......

Same as martdy, March 2009, still very happy with it, not looking to replace for a long while yet.

I got mine on March 12th 2009.
Still going well.
A couple of small niggles, mainly with a dodgy passenger airbag sensor that took 2-3 visits to get sorted out but apart from that, no complaints from me.

1 year next week! The first year has been an absolute pleasure. Got it at 20100 miles, and it's currently at 30200 miles. So I drive it just over the average 10,000miles. I'd say about 28mpg average

That's interesting - had mine the same time as both of you but with 18,000 miles and 46/47 mpg average (but it does get thrashed everyday).

It does what it does really well but I'm starting to get bored now and already looking for the next thing to buy - may go the Merc C Class Coupe route next or Golf GTD

I'm only quoting the MFD figure. If the MFD on the Rocco and MK5 GTI are the same level of accuracy, I'm getting pretty much 20mpg better

Anyway, sorry for turning this into a MPG thread

Me too! I drive very gently, always on my own and rarely with more than half a tank of fuel (its heavy stuff!!).

I don't have one, yet!
Took out a 2.0 TSI Manual yesterday and finally made my mind up.
Putting the order in soon. Though now not sure to wait and see if the facelift is any good.

3 years next Tuesday. Bought it with 9k on the clock, now just under 30k and still loving it. No major issues apart from the driver's seat tilt mechanism dying on me (warranty job). The only unexpected maintenance cost being two new tyres courtesy of one of Milton Keynes' finest potholes.

since feb 2010 and only had the DSG problem ( missing the odd gears) 2 weeks after the warranty had ran out earlier in the year. Had the software re-setted and nothing else. No modification, not driven it hard and serviced regularly.

Had mine since May '12. Loving it since, been on track with it twice. Quite a few things done on it. Not a day regretted.

I have had a Scirocco since Sept 2008. Mind you I am on my 2nd one now and it's time is about up too !!
I have had no problems with either of them and would recommend one without reservation.
IF IT'S NOT BROKEN
I'VE NOT TOUCHED IT YET !!
