Just see a set of alloys on fleebay, see a set with
3 wheels et35 and the other et45. What does that meen exactly.

Wrong! I'd say don't touch with a rather long pole. 3 of the wheels have 1 offset the other is different & will sit further into the arch, a full set should all have the same!
Use the wheel offset calc in wheels/suspension forum section to have a play & understand the effect of different offsets, there are also some good links explaining the key points of wheel stats which you really need to understand if you're going to get into changing wheels
