Bulb error after deactivating DRLs in vcds/vagcom?

I recently turned off my DRLs on my Scirocco using vcds 10.6.4.

It's exactly how I wanted it -
0 position = All lights off
Auto = Auto
Sidelights only
Headlights & sidelights

When I turn on the ignition, I get the bulb warning light on my dash. This disappears if I turn the lights on and then off again. Any ideas on solving this?

Mine does this sometimes, my issue is the headlight bulb holder doesn't always make a good connection !

That's quite an old VCDS version - any reason why you are stuck on the old version?
