Car feels wierd

Have lost all feeling to steering and handling. So had it cheked out at VW garage and they claimed a addaptive scensor had gone down so replaced it and took £119 from me. The steering feels better but not right, VW says there is nothing more they can do, ive had the car from new and its out of warranty with 25k on clock and never been bumped, Anybody had the same problem?

Difficult to say without knowing the component they changed. But assume its the steering sender. They may have not fully set up the car afterwards. This should be done if the car steering is worked upon mechanically or updating the controller software.

- Adjustment of wheel damping electronics
- Adjustment of steering angle sender -G85
- Basic settings of steering angle sender -G85

If not, the car could be less responsive.

They have downloaded and checked all software, they say they are at a loss. I think they rely two much on fault codes ect, if one doesent pop up it must be ok then. Dont know wat to do know?
