HELP im in desperate need of some info lowering problems

hi guys today i lowered me scirocco gt170 and ive run into some problems ive got some heavy knocking on the front i beleive the problem is antiroll bar links they appear to be to long. :mad:


what have you guys fitted to yours when lowering i have the h&r 35mm springs fitted, i would of thought awsome gti would mention this problem when purchasing the springs INFO would be greatly appreciated :yes:

There should be no issue fitting the H&Rs, many people have fitted them and you don't need any additional work bat a 4 wheel alignment done.

It shouldn't be knocking on those - I've got the same setup.

Are you sure everything is tight as it can be - nothing left undone?

You certainly don't need shorter drop links.

I'm guessing that the top mounts are loose.

I had the same set up on my old 1.4TSI from Awsome with no problems, give them a bell mate im sure they sort it for you

problem solved lads.

i twisted the rollbar down and refitted link bars knocking has stopped im one happy chap the car looks and drives so much better
