Has Anyone Actually Got Their MY2013 Car Yet?

I am expecting my 170 GT at the end of the month, does anyone know if it comes with the Aluminium pedals or not?? It states on the VW site that it does however I've yet to see anyone with these from standard.

Its in the 01.06.12 pricelist brochure as standard for the UK R-Line and R models. (Although I suspect this is effective post 01.06.12 orders placed.)

Does that include the TDI 140 GT too, or just the 170 (like the chrome exhaust tips)?

Read the PDF in error on my small laptop at work. Because of the layout, the text looks like its GT but on re-reading just now at home, its R-Line & R only. Not an easy brochure to read. My bad.

Hey guys, just had look over my MY13 GT 170TD and it doesn't have alluminium look pedals. The website indeed says it should have but from reading other threads apparently VW have stated these were discontinued! They have obviously failed to update the UK website, I believe from looking at a MY13 price list that the R line should have them (probably done this in an attempt to justify the huge price hike for the R line, which I personally just didnt think was worth it) my car looks amazing anyway in candy with truffle leather and I'm not really bothered about the pedals as you don't see them when you're driving anyway!

I collect mine tomorrow, thanks for letting me know about the pedals, its nice to get the info from someone who has actually had it delivered, the website really needs to be updated as it clearly states Alu Pedals on the GT.

The chrome pipes are on the petrol and the 170 diesel from looking at the website.

I will pick mine up tomorrow, then the following mods will happen over the next week.

Alu pedals
Colour coded door protector
Piano black bottom imported grille (T4 slates)
Black mirrors
New wheels
Piano black interior
DTUK Stage 2
