– Winter pack with bi-xenon headlights £305
– Winter pack with bi-xenon headlights and leather upholstery £200
– Digital oil temperature indicator with highline computer

think i'd stick to be honest,

of all the things its a very minor one i'd like the oil read out but for all the rest no big deal

will it be more expensive for you to have the 2010 model?

You beat me to it. I got the same info from VW as well as a word attachment with pictures of the new steering wheel, computer, air conditioning unit and the alloys. I will post pics of them all later when i get home.

VW also state that there will be a new GT 2.0 TDI 170PS engine added to the range.

All of changes will be available to order from early July.

Personally I am very pleased, these changes will all tie in when I order mine

I will see later when I can open up the word doc with the pics in. The description was 'New Air Conditioning Units' for the scirocco, passat, eos and jetta

The new changes for me are miles better. Before the inside of the car looked too much like the mkv GTI, which isnt a bad thing. But changing from the GTI I would want something to look a little bit different

Dont know why you would be miffed. There will always be something new around the corner and you still have a very good car

Sorry but that aircon unit looks total cheap pants, like it was stolen from a Kia!!

I know I still have a great car thanks, just didn't expect updates on it so soon!

There's nothing major on that list but it's probably worth waiting for if you're paying the same price for it just so you've got the newer model (especially if you want Xenons). If however you got the price before the price rise last Month there's no way I'd pay an extra £1k for a different steering wheel and instrument cluster!

Good point Tartangti,
I ordered mine before the price rise, and its due to be built this week (week 17)
I was a bit peeved at the fact my car will be 'old' within a few months of it being delivered to me, but over a steering wheel and new dials, I wont be losing and sleep, although I do think the newer steering wheel is a lot nicer. Maybe something to be retrofitted in the future? :)
