We went for a ride on the Bwlch Mountain Road that starts in the Rhondda Valley and onto the Ogwr and Afan Valleys. Plenty of twisties and climbing all the while. Fantastic scenery.

Had my winter tyres fitted today. Should guarantee us the mildest, nicest winter since records began!

I took delivery of my car today and I'm very pleased with it. Only one problem the people cleaning the car ripped some of the leather on the drivers seat so they will have to correct that.

Looking forward to the weekend when I can take it for a good drive.

Didn't do anything to the car, but I felt justified with switching to winter tyres at the weekend - under 7 degrees for the first time this morning.
Shame it's only going to get warmer next week :(

Stared at it and sighed as it's injured and is going to the hospital on Monday.

Quick run up to North Wales and back at the weekend.
A little bit misty on the way back and some people driving like loons on the M40 but that's not unusual!

Looked at the muckyness of the front end and thought "Must be winter then. I only just cleaned it two days ago."

Nothing because it's in an accident repair centre. Got broke into yesterday and they've done £1800 worth of damage!

Went to Port Solent in the rain with my wife and our grand-daughter - she is 14 months old and she loves the Scirocco and always laughs when she goes out in it.

picked up the car after having it swapped back to standard, realised how poor the stock brakes are and then delivered the exhaust to its new owner from the forum
