Oil Leak 2.0tsi

Post by 00HVB »

Morning Everyone.

I had to top up my oil on my 2009 2.0tsi for the first time in my 11 years of owning it. This prompted me to leave a piece of cardboard under the car overnight to see if I have a leak. There are 2 drops of oil on it :( . I opened the bonnet and cannot see a leak anywhere but when I look underneath the bottom of the car is oily.

Before I take it to a garage. Has anyone had a similar issue? If so can you advise what it could be?

It drives fine. Has been serviced as per guidance at the recommended intervals. It has done 78k miles. No rattles on startup.

Thanks for reading

I’d say either rocker gasket or feed in/out from turbo
