The title says it all. Yup I have finally got it, :bounce: after waiting hard and long for 6 months for this beauty to show up. I was finally able to see what all the fuss was about  I have switched from a rav4 2007 model (my moms tho) to this :yummy: . This is the first Candy White gt 2.0 tsi in Lebanon. Anyway I took it for a long, long ride :p . I was blown away by its speed :wow: so I drove it slowly in the beginning to get a hang of the car and dimensions (took me about an hour) Afterwards it was hell for other drivers on the road cause i was just zooming buy them and doing in-betweens etc...all drag :driver: . Took it up to 140 km/h felt like a rocket. Anyway I took some fast pictures of my rocco because I am busy with finals this week (still in uni  :( ) so i won’t be able to enjoy the car yet (As you can tell not a photography major here lol). By end of next week car will be polished and nicer pics are coming your way.

p.s. Just to make the options more clear/stand out for people to notice (due to the sports package):
1) Around all ac air outlets are sheer black (not silver)
2) White stitches on steering wheel, gear knob, hand brake, and seats.
3) Seats are made out of suede/leather/cloth.

Enjoy (and tell me what you think).....................................................................................................CHEERS

Hi, nice car and photos.

A couple of questions.
Is your car standard or did you option it up?
In New Zealand we only get the DSG, and the 1.4 and 2.0 engines. The cars in NZ are in base spec, so I am sure most people will be wanting to add a few options.
The extra's on mine were the pana roof, leather heated seats and the 18" alloys.
Am interested if they have now replaced the chrome trim on the dash with the black as in yours.
With the options I took, the car was NZD65K, so to add ACC, Climatronic Air (instead of the standard climatic), tyre pressure, metal pedals, bluetooth phone would have increased the price considerably.

What does the K badge on the boot represent?

I am sure you will love the car. I previously had a Mark V Golf GTI which was great. The Sircooco particularly in my colour of Viper Green gets lots of stares.

Cheers

Paul,
Is your car standard or did you option it up?
_To be honest, i went to dealer asked them when was the first candy white gt 2.0 tsi comming. So they gave me a date and i reserved the car. A month later they sent me the specs (so i didnt have a say in it). If i had the chance to add options to the spec list that dealer gave me: would be the dynaudio, winter pack, and automatic seats (no leather, prefer alcantara).

_Standard for 1.4 tsi: Multi function steering wheel with dsg, rcd310, standard climatic, fog lights, smoking pack and 17" but not like mine the smaller ones.
_Standards for gt 2.0 tsi: Multi function steering wheel with dsg, rcd510, dual zone climatronic, 17" Donnington, fog lamps, tinted windows, and smoking pack.
_I salute your extras. Really wanted the 18" but we have alot of holes and bumbs here, so i would have to purchase every month or so a set of new wheels :faint: .
_I purchased the car with private license plate and insurance and vat included for $50K
Am interested if they have now replaced the chrome trim on the dash with the black as in yours.
_I think this only comes with the sports package and only around ac vents that is all i can say about this. You might want to try your dealer. I will be asking mine in 10 days (for checkup) so ill reply.

_Finally the k badge standes for the dealer: Ketteneh. In Lebanon we only have one dealer for audi, vw, and skoda. So everytime a car is purchased from them, they put there logo on it, which is the K.

Hi, thanks for your very full reply. In New Zealand we get the base package, and then spec individual items. We don't have "Packs" like the Northern Hemisphere.
My car had been specced by the NZ importer, and as it would have meant another 3 month wait to spec exactly what I wanted, I took this one as it was pretty close.
Happy motoring, I plan to travel to the middle east sometime in the future.

Cheers
