Looking at bluetooth kits, is the Fiscon Basic Plus any good? Have read a couple of reviews saying the VW type mic is not that good, was wondering if it's ok with a genuine mic?

Hi Billc! How much did you pay them for the fiscon (incl labour)? Bare in mind this was 7 years ago and the market has changed a lot since, from memory (which is rubbish!) it was somewhere just under £400 fitted including any future software upgrades. ...

I had a Fiscon in my previous 2010 Scirocco, supplied and fitted by Richter Sport in Milton Keynes. It and they were brilliant. It worked with the steering wheel, the MFD and the RCD510 as if it were factory fitted.

... see they've removed the paddle extensions I'd fitted and the rising blue mats. Since the ad doesn't mention it I wonder if they also removed the Fiscon BT? Who knows but then it doesn't mention cruise control either and it's definitely got that! They've also refurbed the alloys.

Ive installed 8 oem ones now and can only recommend them.
