I went to cancel my Roc last week but was purswaded to keep it after they told me i could have it on the new reg in march at no extra cost and some compensation, also a higher car from th 27th Nov untill my car arrives in march. Now they are telling me that i can`t have a hire car untill ...

i ordered my scirocco in july with an estimated delivery time of end Nov. Today I was told today that its not being built untill wk 1!!!! Has anyone else had delays like this??
