FINALLY!!! After 3 appointments and almost 5 months they finally found my rattle. Is such a relief to drive rattle free for the first time in 6 months. I turned out it was one of two things: 1. Little metal plate onto which the VIN is stamped. Apparently it wasn't pop riveted flush against the body....
