Goodmorning all, After 2 1/2 years of having the stock radio I got VW to install me the RCD. In the stock radio I would usually just play music through my iphone's ipod using a cable going through the center armrest AUX IN to the iphone and there after just pressing the AUX button on the stock radio...

I didnt think if I put the knob to LEFT it would also change the RIGHT ... it just doesnt make that much sense ...!

When trying to set the position of the mirrors, when putting the knob to fix the drivers mirror (which is the left knob for us left driver seats) the right goes down as well! The passenger side mirror works just fine ... for some odd reason when fixing the drivers side mirror, the passenger gets adj...

Is it a smear??? Mine looks like the windscreen is scratched, but when I run my finger down it it is smooth .. I don't know what it is exactly, it doesnt seem to want to come off .. any suggestions?

Been getting weird marks on my front windshield lately. I thought they were scratches but after taking a better look at them they almost seem like wiper marks. I tried to use glass cleaner to clean them but they don't seem to want to come off .... any suggestions??

I tried it today after reading the posts ... hold the lock key down it might take about 5-10 seconds of holding it down ... so be patient and just hold

Wondering where I can find a replacement for one of the strings that brings up the cover when opening the trunk of the car. Had to pick up a friend from the airport and after taking out some of the luggage one of the strings just cut in half. Should I just go to the dealer and ask for a replacement?...
