Yeah it's really weird, there's no water coming from passenger door though.. but I don't believe it's supposed to happen like that, might be a drainage or something that's blocked

When during rain I open the door and water starts flowing out around the screw that sits on the bottom of the door around the door stop just under it, is there a drainage that's blocked somewhere? I don't think that's supposed to happen...

Yeah, no problem I love my unit since you can install almost any app you want and make great use of it. Google maps and stuff runs really smooth.

The climate control do show up on the display, same for parking sensors, but it's not well made like on the RCD/RNS units, but it sure works. On the MFD I can only control the radio station I want to listen to, but I use Sportify on the Xtrons unit, and when playing music from there it does not show...

Definitely, I had Xtrons installed in my Mercedes before I got the Scirocco. Quality is actually really good, 2 things I don't like is that you can't customize the amplifier on the Xtrons as well as you can on a let's say Pioneer/Kenwood unit. Is it possible to get fog light with built in lenses to Scirocco 2009? I can find some on eBay, but ships from China and don't want to pay customs...

Sure is, but thanks to the other article with the retrofit of the newer version of the climate control I've never achieved this haha

Figured it out, by swapping pin 16 with pin 20 and leaving pin 20 with no connection, all works now.

I think it's possible to do, maybe in the "secret menu" in the climatronic. Just don't want to fuck things up in that menu
