I'm pretty certain the pirellis have a bit of rim protection but no tyre can fully protect against a slide into something. I wouldn't feel to bad about kerbing an alloy, it's a car and things are going to get marked at the end of the day!!!

I like the fact that if the front wipers are on and you stick it in reverse it clears the back window for you.....A nice feature but totally pointless as you can't see feck all out the back when reversing anyway!!!

how much more expensive are you than the man in the van?? I have a few nasty stone chips that I need to get sorted in the new year
