Your best bet is to look at a wiring diagram.
I did this last year on a 350z and the moving of the seat is simple, it needs a live and earth. I know it's a different car, but I'm sure the principle is the same.
The heater was a different story requiring relays.
It is possible though.

Well, we've had it for 2 weeks and love it. The only thing I'm missing is a Bluetooth connection for the phone The car is awesome. Fast, agile and not to bad on fuel, av. 33mpg or so.
