Re: Exhaust Cleaner

Re: F1: Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2010

Sorry. If that's a taste of what's to come to come for the rest of the season, I'm taking up knitting. That, as a spectator event, for want of a better word, sucked!! I'm decorating a bedroom, went away to paint a wall 'cos I was bored. Came back half an hour later, nothing had changed  . End...

Re: Servicing & Engine Oil

The oil you need depends on which servicing schedule you end up on. Time/distance oil is diferent from long life oil.

Re: Engine Oil for TSI 210PS

The type of oil you need depends on which VW servicing plan your car is on, Time and Distance or Long Life. They use different specs of oil, the Long Life oil spec is alot more expensive. Your dealer should be able to tell you which regime you're on from your registration number through the VW data ...

That's really useful info. I've picked up a couple of small stone chips on my alloys and was wondering how to deal with them. I'll get some this week.

I'ts probably in the same place as the mild winter and BBQ Summer that the wonderful Met Office predicted. In fact i'ts...

Re: Anyone on here used to have a BMW?

Same problem for me about a year ago, but the Roc was a 2.0 Tsi. In the end it came down to the drive. Having test driven them, to me the Roc with a proper petrol engine was far better than the BM good as it was!. I've not driven the 1.4 so I can't comment on the Roc with that engine. For road prese...

Re: Millbrook new Astra preview day

Not completly sure how I got picked up for this, but I got invited for the same thing for the Insignia last year. I think It's really a matter of getting "onto Vauxhalls radar" I've had a couple of new vauxhalls over the last few years, Zafira VXR (mad machine) and Corsa VXR so that might ...

Millbrook new Astra preview day

Just got back from a few hours beasting various versions of the new Astra around the Milbrook Proving Ground in Beds. Great day out courtesey of Vauxhall. Had a go in everything from low spec diesels to 1.6 Turbo SRI. The car is a pretty decent effort, really smooth at speed and the 1.6 Turbo is qui...
