So I've had a few problems with my IPhone connecting to my car but recently it's actually stopped recognising that my phone is connected at all. If I click on media it says 'no medium available' and the same applies for my Aux port. I have an iPhone 7 but I'd be willing to get a Bluetooth kit or som...

Can nobody help me here?

I spoke to a guy at VW about this and he thinks it could be to do with the fact I'm using an iPhone 7 and suggested it may be better using an older device, can anyone confirm this?

Could anybody tell me how to get the latest MDI update to stop my songs stuttering at the start of a change, skipping back repeatedly after I press back once, not showing the correct song etc and also occasionally not even connecting to my phone. I have an iPhone 7.
