Re: What option did you get that you think you could have left
SatNav - this is the worst unit I have owned in a car - the 4 digit postcode is a real pain.. I use SatNav a lot and it has failed to get me to 80% of my destinations unless I go on multimap and find the exact location and use the map positioning to locate the place. The maps are no newer than in my...

Re: Real World MPGs - 2.0tsi and 2.0 tdi
Over the 1900 miles I have done the trip is showing 32.7mpg. I have managed 330 miles with 55 left on the trip. After filling up the trip normaly estimates around 360 - 380 miles before empty. Considering I had a Focus ST3 before that got around 24mpg average (only ever managed 30mpg on motorway jou...

Re: K&N air filters sensor damage
I have had one on a previous car for about 2 years with no problems. It did make a small difference to the car not as much as an induction system would but the real life gains differ on different cars.

Re: Photos of my month old Rocco
Thanks guys - it looks even better today
Managed to do the 500 this morning using the same wax and that looks equally as good
JaseW - on the original full scale photo the fins on the aerial are easy to count
Just wish I had a better camera now

Spent the best part of today washing and applying a number of layers of Autoglym HD wax. Really pleased with the results :D http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h17/greeper666/Roc/IMG_2220.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h17/greeper666/IMG_2225.jpg http://i60.photobucket.com/albums/h17/greeper666...

Re: Convenience Menu - Mirror Down
Mine has the mirror down function - disabled it in the menu though as it makes parking on my drive more difficult - very good for normal parking spaces though. I need mine in the normal position to get on my drive too, but no need to disable, just have the switch in any position except 'L' and the ...

Re: Interior/Leather Care?
I have had a few cars with leather interiors and I have always found that baby wipes are the best at keeping the leather looking like new. Some of the professional cleaning / conditioning products make the seats very slippy which is not good.
