A couple of other changes from my previous car (MY2013) but not sure when they were introduced; DRLs are light sensitive - runs on side-lights in daylight...

Had something similar a few months ago, turned out it was the last 2" of the spring that had broken and was rattling around in the 'cup' where it seats. There is a drain hole, and if it had fallen through I probably would never of known it was broken! Got it sorted under warranty

Hi, my dealer gave me a VW print out that says MY16 changes are effective from build week 22 (starting Monday 25 May).

I'm also in my 2nd winter as an owner, and was fed-up with standing outside the car last winter not being able to get in. I'm experimenting at the moment with 'low tack self adhesive tape' - shouldn't have to on great car, but I'm prepared to give it a go if it means I can get in the car in the morn...

Well, I haven't got a clue why we have red boxes, it worked fine in preview?
