Is this the same tapping/ticking seen in this video? Right now its the only thing stopping me from buying the car. Any help appreciated

Is this engine 'tick' normal? Receiving mixed opinions. scirocco R 11 plate on 91k. Seller assured me it was normal, reading various forums it would appear the engines are quite 'ticky' but to this extent?

Hi guys!! Went to see an R today. Lovely motor, only thing i noticed was the exhaust produced a bit of white smoke/steam under revs. Also still smoking from one side after engine had been turned off. Is this something to worry about? I can't decide wether its cos of the weather at the moment or mayb...
