Thanks for the help guys. :) I havent had time to take it apart just yet but Ive noticed an air leak on the right hand side where the flapper motor arm connects to the intake, if I put my finger over when it when started its clearly sucking in air. Has anyone else got this and could this be the cause?

Do I need to replace the whole intake manifold or can I just replace the throttle body as some people say its the manifold flaps that fail while others say its the inlet flap motor?
