P0172 error code
Hi, looking for advice. I have a 61 plate 2.0 TSI 97k miles The car has been mapped for 8 years with no problem. Re: Slow cranking/ engine didn’t turn over the first time
When I replaced mine I went for the Bosch S5 096 and have no complaints. Just be aware after you replace the battery the ESP light and the steering light will remain on until the car is driven a small distance while the steering angle sensor calibrates. Please see link here. This is what happened t...

Re: Slow cranking/ engine didn’t turn over the first time
Thanks Cuprabob. I’m going to get a new battery. It happened last year this time September to October when the temperature dropped. I didn’t check the voltage back then unfortunately. But it’s been starting/running fine until yesterday, well a couple of days ago it had a very brief hesitated start -...

Slow cranking/ engine didn’t turn over the first time
My engine didn’t turn over (slow cranking) the first time after we had a 2 hours break at Bath (drove from London). I tried again after 10 second and this time I tapped the accelerator during cranking and the car started. Drove fine all the way to Bristol and stopped for dinner. After that, we had a...

Fusso wax is pretty good for depth of gloss and water behaviour is a lot of fun. Currently using Fusso Lig...

Re: My viper green scirocco
Mint! What rear brakes are they? Did you have to change your master Cylinder? The rear brakes are the forge 330mm. I haven't changed the master cylinder, spoke to forge and they said the oem cylinder is more than good enough to handle the callipers. The brakes felt great when we went to the peak di...

Re: My viper green scirocco
I bought the spoiler in China when I was over last year. I think they are the same as the ones you can find on eBay. Luckily mine isn't as bad as some people have experienced. If you want it perfect get the genuine one! Anyways went for a drive at my favourite place and took some pictures :) https:/...

Thought I'd give the number plate housing a clean as it is covered with horrible winter dirt, only to find out there's condensation inside [emoji53] and the led bulbs got abit rusty too (even though they are still working). https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170214/edbbc307b3a28be6fa49b22656e4a71d.j...
