I’m not sure how long the door had been sitting around for before I bought it unfortunately.
I tried the key trick but that didn’t work. Great shout with the Wd40, I’ll give that a go tomorrow. Thanks dean.

the window was wound down before the door was removed (for packaging purposes I suppose), and that’s where it’s stayed. I can’t get it it budge.

I did swap the motors but that didn’t seem to have any effect. I might try the entire mechanism next and see if that changes anything

Yep, hopefully I'll have the car back in no time at all, the worst part is for the time being I've been lumbered with a vauxhall Astra for a courtesy car [emoji85]

I was rear ended by a motorbike whilst sitting at traffic lights [emoji25], thankfully he was ok and his insurance was in contact within a couple of hours
