Update, I’ve had a play around and worked out that it’s the deadlock not working properly. I also noticed some things missing from inside the car so have a feeling someone has broken into it and messed up the lock

I've noticed this issue recently where I've locked the car using the key fob, but when I pull the door handle the door opens and of course the alarm goes off. It was the PCV, the diaphragm had a massive split. Replaced the whole unit and idle is back to normal, cleared the fault codes with Carista and they have not returned so far.

This issue started on Friday and following a search on here I think I’ve diagnosed the issue as the PCV failing. I’ve ran a Carista check and have misfires in all cylinders, lean code too, I’m hoping replacing the PCV will solve the problems. What I want to ask is would these issues give me unusual ...

When you have the battery changed you tend to get multiple symbols on the dash, one should be a steering wheel. You have to reset the power steering/ESP by turning the steering wheel full lock left then to full lock right this should clear the symbol. Did you do this?

I take it I would snip off the old bulb holder and solder the new one on?

Where would you get one from? The part number would be a massive help if you know it?

They do look corroded unfortunately, I will attempt disconnecting the battery and try again! Thanks Bob

I’ve got a problem with the near side sidelight, I’ve changed the bulb but it’s not coming on. I’ve followed the instructions in the manual but that didn’t work, should I try a multimeter to check there’s a current to the bulb?

The indicator in that cluster is working fine btw.

I have lost some steering wheel controls functions and centre console no longer displays what music is playing, would I need to get vag com to recode this?

Just fitted a 2017 rns510 with SSD hard drive, I've noticed the built in fan still runs even after its turned off. Is this normal and could it drain my battery?

Had this problem, after a while the plastic mount around the brass slips forward so the brass fitting won't lock in to place. When you turn on the water it blows the hose out of the machine. We were advised by karcher to trim back the plastic housing with a Stanley knife. Hope this helps

I'm having the same problem, I'm also getting the wrong track info showing on the head unit (playing Metallica and it was showing Gloria Estefan) and Gloria wasn't even on my phone!

I'm in the same situation, received a letter that my 12 month warranty expires soon and I could purchase an extended warranty if I wanted. So do you guys think it's worth it? My car is 7yrs old with less than 30k on the clock

Car went in for service and MOT today, passed with no major problems
