There wasnt a disclaimer on the advert at all, nor the invoice. Wouldn't the terms need to be signed for them to be valid?

On a 2010 car bluetooth was an optional extra. If you have it ,you should be able to find a phone menu on the DIS by pushing the phone button on the MFSW or by using the left / right buttons on the RHS of the MFSW.
