Only ordered on 5th December (yeah, I know, not long ago!) but had expected (somewhat naively obviously) to at least have got something provisional, especially when folk on here were talking about build week 20 and the like. I'd have been quite happy waiting as I had spent ages deciding on the rocco...

rSAP is what your phone needs. This was one of a number of factors which swayed me towards the TTs as I couldn't use an iPhone with the VW system but you can with the Audi. I specc'd it anyway but it was annoying as there are very few compatible phones, indeed mainly Nokia.

Didn't have one, even an estimated which was a bit annoying tbh. So no idea!

Cancelled order, opportunity knocked with a TTS and couldn't say no. This is a fantastic site tho, lots of helpful advice etc. Hope you all enjoy your cars and, for those waiting, that they come soon! Cheers everyone and good luck with the site.

The BT system is an addon, about £300 or so I think? Although I don't have my car yet I can't imagine that button does anything without it. Don't know about your other question!

Well, too expensive or not, I'm looking forward to my car in its xenons! I just had the opportunity to kit it out as much as I wanted and went for it. I also think they look splendid too. Maybe Santa will bring my car 3 months early?

'Tis true tho, in the heading of my order beside Upholstery it says "Anthracite lthr wntr & xenons". Will just have to see! I don't have a build week but it says "Release to factory for production scheduling February 2009" so hopefully everything's back on track...

So, per the title, Xenons are back on the VW order list. Just ordered my car about an hour ago, apparently Xenons weren't on the system on Weds when the guy put another order through. Hurrah! Btw, how exciting is it to get the printout of your order? So fun! Will have to fill in that bit to the righ...

squareeyes - am seriously tempted now by the Sumatra. From your perspective, is there any truth to the suggestions that it looks kind of burgundy/brown/muddy/red (delete as appropriate!) as some forumites say? I must say, on your pics at least, it just looks like a beautiful very dark grey.

Sumatra looks really good in those! Still haven't ordered the car, sorting finance questions, but it does now (again) bring up the blooming colour question - I thought I'd settled on black! Grrr...

My dealer told me on Saturday the price was going up "next week", he's holding my order price for another day or 2 but not til end of week.

Am just about to place an order in Aberdeen, dealer quoted £160 to dealer-fit the cruise as well.
