Third party Warranties.
Anyone had any dealings with third party warranty insurers (WarrantyDirect and the like)? Considering it as an option since ive just been whacked with a substantial bill for what is essentially premature wear and tear, and i'd like to cover myself against the same happening again in the future. Is i...

Re: HELP!
Just back from the dealers as i got impatient. Short story is £548 to replace the one faulty injector. They wanted £1200 to replace all four, but thats out of my price range just now. Also wanted £300-ish to move the injectors round to confirm that actually is the problem, and seeing as I'd still ne...

Re: HELP!
PS, I've read of injector issues leading to loss of power (mostly 1.4's though) But none that seem to match mine, with the car failing to start. First "proper" drive and a "good" tyre buying experience.
Went out and about on this lovely night to hit some of the nicer back roads/range roads in N.Yorks. Three(ish) months in and this is the first time I've really REALLY driven the Roc. Very impressed with the grip (quite a bit of punt too!) Special mention for the downshifts, Fantastic sounding! I hav...

Re: Iron-x and Chrome tailpipe question
Tuppence worth.. My tailpipe had never been cleaned, A very careful scrub with a brillo pad/soapy wire wool to get the worst of the build up (It was ridiculous!) Then a once (ok, maybe twice!) over with some bog standard T-Cut metal polish from my local parts shop, and it came up good as new, no dam...
