Re: 1.4 TSI 122 Engine noise
Yeah this start up noise is something I experience more during the summer months, I hear a lot of scirocco owners complain about this but have mostly all been told its just characteristics of the engine. The issue I first raised in this topic was the sound of the engine when revving and driving as i...

Re: Facelifted Scirocco Official Pictures And Details
I find they have made this a bit more boxy and towards the style of the new golf, which is a nice car, but not what I would want from a Scirocco. I would however replace me headlights and taillights for the new LEDs

Re: 1.4 TSI 122 Engine noise
I have had mine for about 5 months now and I am quite used to the noise now. I don't think you need to get anything sorted appears to be perfectly normal for the engine during a cold start.

Re: 1.4 TSI 122 Engine noise
Thanks for the replies guys, Yeah thats prob a better word for it would be a "raspy" sound when accelerating or reving it when stationary. It's prob just how the engine is suppose to sound and gives it that sporty sound to go with the looks. I just wanted to get a second opinion as like yo...

1.4 TSI 122 Engine noise
Guys,
I was wondering if any other 1.4tsi 122 owner finds the engine noise to be quite deep and throaty sounding when reving?
Is this just normal on all Tsi models?
Thanks

Re: Coming Home Lights Function
Thanks for the replies guys. I just found it strange that they don't work automatically, surely if you didn't want them you would just switch them off on the MFD, rather than people who do use them having to flash their headlamps everytime to activate. Oh well at least I know they aren't broken! Tha...

Coming Home Lights Function

I have did a search and see theres a few threads about this issue where people have said you need to flash you...
