I had this with my MK4 Golf, turned out to be the power streering fluid that was slightly low, id check that before worryng about steering racks!

I'll send a few emails and report my findings back here....

Has anyone had one from any of the big companies (Revo \ Upsolute \ Superchips \ etc) and can share any thoughts on Performance and MPG? Im personally tempted by the Superchips Bluefin ...
