Past few days I have noticed a strange noise whilst accelerating. It can barely be heard whilst idle but soon as you accelerate it gets louder and soon as you floor it its very noticeable and annoying. Just found out my 12 month old car needs a replacement door controller as the window is not closing the gap in to to the seal enough - the effect being a constant wind rustle next to the right ear.... Glad you figured out the problem! Have you tried the window reset in the link in RW1's post above?

Mine is through Vw finance. If you have a maintainance lease just drive into a national tyres and they will put a new set of boots on if the tread is below 2mm. They will put the same tyres on or an equivalent premium brand

I got my new scirocco delivered two weeks ago. How can I turn my DRL's off. No option in MFD

I would have gone for GT spec and xenons if it was my own car and not a company car. And definately reversing sensors!

on the two year lease for my Scirocco company car it was actually cheaper to have a metallic option believe it or not. The reason being despite the £500 cost option the car is easier for the leasing company to sell and has a higher residual value. Shame because I wanted white!

Has anyone with a build week of 39 got there cars yet? the wait is killing me!!!

Me too! Mine is due start of October. I have ordered new headlights (Philips blue vision), led side lights, and I am going to give it a good wash, polish and then go over with Autoglym HD wax to protect. I can't wait either. It's taking far too long!

To turn the running lights off without xenons if you hold the indicator stalk towards you and down when you switch the ignition on until you hear a bong, do they not go off? My Roc is on order so cannot try it yet but thats what they do in my golf...
