Finally some further news. My car arrived at the dealer today so picking it up Friday afternoon.

Had the same letter and 50 quid vouchers. Ordered March and still waiting although it looks like I might finally get it in the next few weeks as think it's just arrived on a boat to the UK well hope so!!

Some more info finally.. Apparently mine was on a ship on Monday of this week and should arrive in the UK on Friday. So now gone past the 4 month since ordering point but hopefully only a week or maybe 2 still left to wait. Called VW customer services in the end to get this info as dealer had advise...

Had an update to confirm production was complete in week 25 so just hope it now gets shipped ok.

Well finally got confirmation that mine is confirmed as being built in week 25. So hopefully not much longer....! Who are you dealing with at Stourbridge mate? Dealer called me this morning to confirm my ordered GT would have the new spec at no extra cost.

Well dealer called me back this morning and confirmed I would get the new spec on my GT at no extra cost so the leather seats, Sat nav etc. so that's good news. Although I did ask anymore news on build date and no update as yet which is a bit of a concern. They did say they were unaware of any delay...
