Scirocco Central

Sometimes the DAB signal on my RNS310 goes and will not come back unless I stop the car and take the the keys out of the ignition and restart the car. Any ideas, or is there a reset you can do on the head unit without turning the car on and off

It's really strange because if you configure the car on VW website, and look at the Dynaudio option it says it replaces the 310 for the RCD510, but as RW1 points out and as i was told by my main dealer the RCD510 is no longer available. I'm starting to wonder if i have made the right decision going ...

Thats what i was told as well. Thats why i have upgraded to the RNS510, only thing is i will lose DAB. But i dont like the look of the 310, and its only a very basic sat nav.

There definitely seems to be some confusion over the stereo. My original spec was the RCD510 with Dynaudio and DAB. Now if you go on the VW site and spec Dynaudio you get the RCD510, instead of the RNS315, which is fine as i dont like the look of the 315. But the dealer said the RCD510 is no longer ...

I quite like the dash, simple but practical. The only thing i dont like is the hazard button, 'could it be any bigger' and the passanger air bag sign, it looks like something you would see in a van.

I just ordered a 210 Tsi. I got £4050 off. This includes £1000 from VW if you use there PCP.

I'm waiting for VW to get back to me with a eta for delivery.

I looked at the R, but I got such a good deal on the Tsi (£4000 off list) I couldn't say no.
