I am not sure what you are rubbing on...I currently run 8.5x19 ET30 with 245 / 35 on the front and 10x19 ET40 with 265 / 30 on Eibach Pro kit lowering springs and I haven't had the slightest scrape no matter how hard I push it...
Mine isn't lowered as much as yours may be but still...

With 8.5 x 19 I personally would go with ET32 as it fills the guards out more. ET42 is the stock offset for Scirocco. You can easily run 235/35/19 on the 8.5, Roc R comes standard with this size tyre on 8 inch rims with ET42. 245/35/19 is a better choice on the 8.5..... Either way those wheels will ...

Hmmm £129 plus freight is what I am being quoted by Mad Motors... which is the same price as the main web site. this is for the "R" version. Other models have different prices. As for the pic on their site and ebay....it may not be a real R but might have the R front end fitted... not that...

I can assure you they can tell how many times the ECU has been flashed..... it shows up in VAGCOM.

Does anyone have an English copy of the Kufatec Installation manual?
I think it used to be the case that you could download it but now you need to advise them of your Order number.
